Creating Your TagWizard Account

Step 1: Account Information

On the initial registration screen, provide your personal and security details:

  • Full Name
    Enter your First Name and Last Name in the designated fields.
  • Email Address
    Provide a valid email address to be used for account access.
  • Password
    Create a secure password. The app will provide real-time feedback on your Password strength as you type.
  • Confirmation
    You must Re-enter Password to ensure accuracy.
  • Terms & Privacy
    By tapping Agree and Register, you acknowledge the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Step 2: Defining Your Tagging Role

After setting up your credentials, you must specify the context for your asset tagging. Choose one of the following options:

  • For my organization
    Select this if you are tagging assets belonging directly to your company.

  • On behalf of a separate organization
    Select this if you are a contractor or third party tagging assets for a client.

 

Step 3: Organizational Details

Depending on your selection in Step 2, you must provide the relevant names:

  • My Organization Name
    This is a required field (marked with a red asterisk) for all users.
  • Client Organization
    If tagging on behalf of another organization, an additional field, “Organization I’ll be tagging assets for” will appear for you to complete.

Completion: Once all required organization names are entered, tap the Continue button, allowing you to finalize the setup.

Registration Success

Upon successful completion, a confirmation banner will appear:

Congratulations! Your registration is complete. Log in now to begin your journey.

You will then land on the main screen.
